Howdy; Peter and Kathy Kurceba suggestedy you may be a good resource for us, in exploring the possibility of getting a villa in the DP. I have 2 daughters 12, 14 yrs old and may be looking for 3 – 4 bedroom villa. Not huge golfers; learning tennis, like a pool to do laps in etc. Naturally would like a view, and move in ready – ie would paint etc. but dont really want to move walls. Looking for good value up to 500K$. Is this something we could persue? Cheers, Stephen.

I am sorry I haven’t responded earlier to your request..quite a busy time at the Desert Princess..I have a couple of lovely homes with pools available. They are 3 bedroom homes with family room, two and one half baths, and beautiful views to the course, water and green. Are you in the Desert Princess now?..I will be holding Open House this weekend on this one property and I can arrange to show you others. My Husband and I also live in Mammoth Lakes ,
