I am sorry I haven’t responded to your questions..I missed some of the replies which have been sent to me. I just realized it and I am having my website tweaked a bit. Thanks for the compliment also on my website. I just need to get used to the responses. The interest rates have been resting just under 5%. If you financed $120,000, your payment would be appx. $620. Principal and interest (30 year fixed), Indian lease is appx. $135.00, Homeowner’s dues are $550.00, and taxes are appx. $150. per month. The total would be $1,455. per month. Don’t forget we have a very active rental company and many people rent their properties out for two or so months when they are not using it and help offset the expenses. Hello Stephen,
I am sorry I haven’t responded earlier to your request..quite a busy time at the Desert Princess..I have a couple of lovely homes with pools available. They are 3 bedroom homes with family room, two and one half baths, and beautiful views to the course, water and green. Are you in the Desert Princess now?..I will be holding Open House this weekend on this one property and I can arrange to show you others. Howdy; Peter and Kathy Kurceba suggestedy you may be a good resource for us, in exploring the possibility of getting a villa in the DP. I have 2 daughters 12, 14 yrs old and may be looking for 3 – 4 bedroom villa. Not huge golfers; learning tennis, like a pool to do laps in etc. Naturally would like a view, and move in ready – ie would paint etc. but dont really want to move walls. Looking for good value up to 500K$. Is this something we could persue? Cheers, Stephen.
