Provided The Owner understands and agrees that Holly’s Homes Desert Princess, Inc., and their employees and/or agents have the right to enter the Premises at any time for the purpose of inspection, agreed-upon repairs or to supply the necessary or agreed-upon services at the Premises. Holly’s Homes Desert Princess, Inc., shall enter the Premises and perform checks and inspections which will include, but not be limited to, the following items: Inspect bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, water heater(s), windows, skylights, refrigerators, and ice makers. Ensure windows and doors are locked. Replace smoke detector batteries when beeping if batteries are available. Coordinate pest problems with the pest control company. Inspect your home after a windstorm or earthquake. Inform HOA of any landscape deficiencies. Blow off front walkways and back patios, as needed. Provide the Owner with an email report once a month so the Owner has peace-of-mind that their desert home is being looked after. Package Deliveries: We will pick up, 3 different times per month, packages you have shipped to your home. Repairs and Deliveries: If a repair or delivery is needed, we charge $25/hour to meet and stay with the repair/delivery person and oversee. Any problems found upon inspection of the Premises will be identified, and Holly’s Homes will immediately contact the Owner to obtain authorization or further instruction before initiating any necessary repairs.
