Patrick Sheehan

Patrick Sheehan moved to the Coachella Valley in 1985 and has been involved in home building, interior design, and property management.  He loves to give back to the community and in his free time runs a small arts non-profit organization that provides free art and music supplies to local students in the valley.

As longtime friends, he and Holly share a common interest in helping others and giving excellent customer service. Patrick has been with Holly’s Homes for two years in our Concierge Service department, and last July obtained his Real Estate sales license. Holly is thrilled to have him join her in the Real Estate part of Holly’s Homes. Patrick has a good working knowledge of the Desert Princess, having started in 1985 constructing the first phase of condominiums. Patrick will be available to help our Holly’s Homes clients here at the Desert Princess and those who choose to relocate to other communities in the Coachella Valley.
